Workspace Migration Guide

Follow these official steps to securely merge your existing chat histories, custom settings, and workspace data into your new team accounts.

ChatGPT Business Account Merge

  1. Log in to your newly assigned ChatGPT Business workspace using the invitation link sent to your email.
  2. Click on your profile picture or initials in the bottom-left corner of the interface to open the menu.
  3. Select Settings from the popup menu.
  4. Choose the Data Controls tab.
  5. Look for the option labeled Merge data from your personal workspace and click the merge button.
  6. Verify the warning prompt and confirm the transfer.
Important: This process will automatically import all of your existing chats and Custom GPTs into the business workspace. It will also trigger the cancellation of your personal ChatGPT Plus billing subscription so you do not get double charged.

Claude AI Team Account Migration

  1. Sign in to your current personal Claude Pro account at claude.ai.
  2. Click on your profile menu in the bottom-left corner of the window.
  3. Select Settings and navigate to the Account section.
  4. Click the link labeled Move your personal Claude account to a Team or Enterprise organization.
  5. Enter the details of your new Immense Careers Group team workspace when prompted.
  6. Confirm the migration to complete the transfer.
Important: Your existing conversation history, custom project setups, artifacts, uploaded files, and system memories will migrate with you. Your individual Claude Pro billing subscription is automatically canceled during this migration.

Security & Data Safety Note

By moving your personal histories to the team accounts, your interactions are now protected by enterprise-grade data privacy clauses. This means neither OpenAI nor Anthropic will use your workspace data or conversation histories to train their models.

If you prefer to keep a copy of your chat logs offline for personal records, you can go to Settings, select Data Controls or Privacy, and click Export Data on both platforms before running the merge.
